Dedicated Programme Managers

Every organisation is assigned a dedicated Programme Manager. Your Programme Manager will arrange your sessions and carry out every step of programme organisation (see image below), keeping you fully informed of progress. Programme management is prioritised to ensure all aspects of session delivery are stress free for the organisation and those who attend sessions. We are committed to delivering a high-quality and effective programme.

By organising all steps of the programme, such as sourcing facilitators, managing staff registrations, internal marketing and delivery, we save time for you and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.   • Step 1 - Source Session Providers: Our extensive pool of experienced facilitators are ready to deliver impactful sessions for your staff. Whether it's a relaxing meditation or an upbeat Music Bingo session, our diverse hosts will maximise the impact of each session.
  • Step 2 - Create Online Meeting Links: We can accommodate any online meeting platform that suits your team. You have the option for us to create the meeting link or invite LUY to your meeting—whichever is more convenient for you!
  • Step 3 - Digital Marketing Support: If needed, we can generate digital marketing graphics and create written content for you to promote the session within your organisation. In some cases (pending accessibility), LUY can manage this promotional work on your behalf, saving you valuable time.
  • Step 4 - Staff Registration Management: For workshops with a broad reach and a large number of staff to invite, our Programme Managers can handle staff registration. We provide comprehensive reports detailing registration and attendance after the workshop. We're also available to engage directly with staff to address any questions, freeing you from query-related tasks.
  • Step 5 - Workshop Hosting: Programme Managers oversee all arranged workshops. We ensure that meeting links are functional before the session goes live, check in with facilitators to address any connection issues, and offer technical support throughout the workshop.
  • Step 6 - Post-Workshop Activities: After the workshop, your Programme Manager will record attendance and request feedback from participating staff to gauge their thoughts on the session and assess its impact on their wellness.
  • Step 7 - Recording and Sharing: Upon request, workshops can be recorded, and the recording link can be shared with both you and staff members who may have been unable to attend in real-time.
  • Step 8 - Reporting and Presentation: All post-workshop reports will be meticulously compiled and presented to you, offering valuable insights and data for future planning and improvements.
